Meet the Honeyberrry! This fruit bearing shrub has a variety of benefits for your yard, not the least of which is it's shape, soft leaves and unique, oblong, blue berries. Related to the Honeysuckle, it produces an edible berry, is hardy for Zone 2 and attracts pollinators.
Favorite thing about this shrub: It has a couple aliases--Rocky Mountain Blueberry or Haskap. And it's easy to grow in the Tetons.
Important to Remember: Plant in moist but well- drained soil with Yard Care brand organic compost. Honeyberries need a pollinator plant, so plant in groups of at least 2.
Where to find it: Look for Honeyberry plants in our Perennial Greenhouse (not in the shrub yard).
